John Orcutt, Chief Executive Office

John has led Silicon Valley technology start-ups and business units in major corporations for over 25 years. At Hewlett-Packard, he was VP and General Manager of the Managed Home business unit. John's team pioneered a range of leading edge consumer devices, including networked TVs and home media servers, as well as content and services for the digital home.
Earlier in his career John was a CEO and head of marketing for several venture-financed application and infrastructure software start-ups. He also spent several years with BlueStream Ventures, a venture capital firm. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, he was VP/GM for the Distributed Systems division at Unisys. John earned both his undergraduate and MBA degrees from Stanford University.
Jeff Hansen, Cofounder and VP Marketing and Product

Jeff is a senior marketing and product development professional having served as VP of Marketing at two previous successful startups. He began his technology marketing career in Silicon Valley with the leading technology consulting firm, Regis McKenna, Inc. One Regis account, X/Open (now The Open Group), recruited Jeff to lead the marketing initiatives of the international technology consortium as Vice President of Marketing and Brand Management. Since then, Jeff has led marketing operations, product development and brand management for Fortune 500 and start-up technology companies including Quantum, Saraide (now InfoSpace) and 2Roam (now Air2Web). Jeff has also provided strategic marketing and brand consulting services to clients such as Apple, Verifone, Coherent, TeleSuite, and Linkbit.
Mike Sayer, VP Sales and Business Development

Mike is a senior sales and business development executive with over 25 years of experience leading global sales organizations at both private and public companies. Most recently Mike served as the GM of SupportSoft’s Enterprise Solutions group. SupportSoft was a leading supplier of real-time service management software designed to enable triple play support automation for VoIP, video or broadband delivery. Earlier, following CA’s acquisition of Niku, Mike ran worldwide sales for CA’s IT Governance solution; one of CA’s fastest growing products. Mike has led sales organizations for several other software companies, including establishing the EMEA sales organization for Remedy Corporation, and also served as the CEO of Hipbone, Inc., a venture backed customer relationship management company. He holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire in the UK.
